While he enjoys advocating for his clients through litigation, he also seeks to solve problems outside the courtroom. Larry has been certified as a civil mediator, and he appreciates the value of pre-litigation conflict resolution. Larry is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Detroit Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the Sixth Circuit and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.

A published author, Larry is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and Oakland University. In law school, he served as Law Review Title Editor.

Larry returned to Dalton & Tomich in 2018 after spending three years with the firm from 2013 to 2016. Before returning to Dalton & Tomich, he practiced civil defense law at a well-respected firm in the Metro Detroit area.
