Zoe Grenfell joins Dalton & Tomich as associate attorney

Detroit—June 30, 2022—Detroit-based land use, religious land use and zoning, business, and denominational trust law firm Dalton & Tomich ispleased to welcome Zoe Grenfell to the firm as an associate attorney. Daniel Dalton, co-founder of Dalton & Tomich, announced Grenfell’s arrival.

At Dalton & Tomich, Grenfell will focus her practice on religious land use and the denominational trust lawpractice groups. Immediately prior to joining the firm, she was an associate attorney at a Detroit-area insurance defense and commercial litigation firm, serving clients in a broad range of litigation disputes.

Grenfell holds a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Michigan – Dearborn. While in law school, Grenfell participated in Moot Court as an oralist on the Jessup International Law Team and was a reviewing editor for the Journal of Law in Society. She attended Wayne Law on a majority-tuition scholarship based on academic achievement.  As an undergraduate, she presented her findings on a qualitative study on millennials and disaffiliation from organized religion at the 2017 Sociology Undergraduate Research Conference. She also performed an independent qualitative research project on students in the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program at Macomb Correctional Facility throughout the 2017 winter semester.
