Janea Spades
Focusing on helping churches navigate various legal issues and assist with cases involving denominational trust law
Janea Spades has been an attorney in Arkansas for twenty-two years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Philosophy from Arkansas State University in 1997. After graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2000, Janea immediately started work as an associate at Webb Law Office in Trumann, Arkansas. She ultimately opened her own office in Jonesboro and primarily practiced in the Dependency/Neglect arena of the Arkansas Juvenile Court System. Janea represented parents and children, helping them navigate the tumultuous waters of Juvenile and Family Court. She also served as City Attorney for the city of Tyronza. In her free time, Janea is actively involved in her church and local community. She served for six years on the administrative board for the Foundation of Arts in Jonesboro and served as chair for three years. Janea recently joined the Dalton and Tomich team to help churches navigate various legal issues and assist with cases involving denominational trust law.
