On Wednesday, September 23, 2020, I will have the honor of speaking with law students at the University of Chicago about the joys and challenges of litigating religious liberty cases. I will be on a panel with two esteemed religious liberty litigators, Mark Rienzi, the President of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, and Eric Treene, Special Counsel for the Civil Rights Division in the Department of Justice. I would love to see some of the best and the brightest from the University of Chicago become champions for religious liberty as attorneys, law clerks, legislators, and judges.
