New Resource for Religious Land Use and Zoning Cases

For the past several years, the American Bar Associations State and Local Law section publishes a book covering current events in land use and zoning matters. And each year, I contribute to the publication writing an update on Religious Land Use. 2011 was no exception. The book captioned, “Cutting Edge, a review of land use and zoning laws” was just released for publication and is now available on Amazon and the American Bar Association's website. The book covers telecommunications, executions, ethics, religious land use and many other topics relevant to land use attorneys, governmental officials and property owners who are looking for a specific answer to a relevant land use related issue. I highly recommend this book for all of our clients. And if you are looking for a review of the 2011 religious land use cases, please consider attending the American Bar Association's State and Local Law sections, Spring Meeting in Washington D.C. Where I will release and speak on the latest and greatest developments in religious land use planning. This conference is a great opportunity to meet and learn from the experts in land use from around the United States. Please consider attending the conference. If you have any questions concerning this, do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards,

Dan
