I want to thank the Realtor Land Institute for inviting me to speak at the 2016 National Land Conference in Dallas, Texas this weekend. The Realtor Land Institute provides training and resources to commercial real estate brokers throughout the United States.
This year’s program covered many topics ranging from 1031 exchanges, Agricultural Law, Negotiating Oil and Gas Leases and Surface Use agreements to the use of drones for land sales, new technologies in land mapping and advertising and marketing land.
